  2. Enter debit card and last three numbers of your SIN
  3. Hit Continue
  4. Enter one-time passcode for 2SV
  5. Enter and confirm new personal access code.
  6. Hit Continue

*Must be enrolled in 2-Step Verification. Business members have to call our Member Service Centre to reset password.
