Regulatory Business Review Required

Like all financial institutions in Canada, FirstOntario is regulated and must comply with a number of obligations designed to protect our members and strengthen our credit union.

To meet the requirements of our regulator FINTRAC, FirstOntario must complete periodic reviews of the information we have on file for each of our business members. The information being collected by FirstOntario is protected under PIPEDA, and will not be shared.

 

Start the process

Please Note. This step is important to ensure completion of your review.

After you have entered all necessary information in the required fields, each of your signatories will receive an email from FirstOntario via DocuSign. This will enable each signatory to sign the completed form securely and complete the process.

Once your documentation has been received and reviewed, FirstOntario’s Risk and Compliance Team may need to follow up on the information you have provided.
